About Seb.

Great guy, great service, you are immediately put at ease, I highly recommend seeing Seb if you need to get yourself back on track or can't see the track at all!

C.D. - Performance Anxiety

The thing is, the human brain is complicated. Experiencing symptoms or problems that you don't understand doesn't mean you're crazy, it means you're normal...

That's why I take it to a mechanic.

the elephant in

the room...

...no one actually likes the idea

of needing psychotherapy, do they?

For starters it's got the word

'psycho' in it! For something that's supposed to make you feel good about yourself it's not a great start is it?

Hi, I'm Seb...

As a psychotherapist I guess you could say I’m kind of like a 'brain' mechanic. I help people work out problems and get back on the road as quickly as possible. In my career so far I've had the pleasure of working with a wide range of people, from professional actors and musicians, to company directors, CEO's, professional sportsmen, and everyone else in between. I've also had the joy of working with people from all over the world both at my clinic in Bristol and online via Skype.

In short, I'm passionate about helping people like you understand and resolve the things that are troubling you and preventing you from having a smooth ride in life. Next

I decided to see Sebastian after some Internet research. He seemed friendly and I thought the way he described his approach was what I needed. I was feeling stressed because of work, relationships, family and many other things. From my first session Sebastian changed what I thought about myself. It was a life changing experience.

I started seeing Seb after three psychologists had tried and failed to help me solve where I was going wrong. The sequential therapy was brilliant. I could relate to every session and it all made sense. As the weeks went on I could piece together why I was feeling the way I was. I couldn't praise Seb highly enough. I’m confident he has changed my life.

S.L. - Depression & Social Anxiety

I've just completed my sessions with Seb for anxiety and panic attacks. I've suffered for years and couldn't see the light. I thought this was something I had to live with...until I met Seb! I'm proud of getting help and I'd encourage anyone suffering to take the step to happiness. It's not scary getting therapy, it's the most calm I've felt in a long time. I'm a happy driven person again and I'd recommend anyone suffering to see Seb. I am glad I did.

Therapy can change lives.

Not only that, but today's technology enables us to understand human behaviour better than ever before. I believe we should use this understanding to create a better society, one that regards the wellbeing of its members as a primary concern.

As a member of The Society for the Exploration of Psychotherapy Integration it's been my passion for some time now to develop a systemic therapy that synthesizes the most effective methods currently available for addressing symptoms and problems and cultivating wellbeing. My vision is that one day a system such as this could be integrated into mainstream education and become a natural part of how we help young people grow, develop, and overcome emotional hurdles early on in life. Image of a bright light bulb to accompany Seb's vision for the future. Sequential Psychotherapy is an efficacious system for resolving symptoms.

It's about getting you to where you want to be.

I designed Sequential Psychotherapy to be a deeply transformative and uplifting experience, one in which you not only resolve the issues you've been struggling with but you also experience a profound sense of self-insight and personal empowerment. The fact that Sequential Psychotherapy is based on fundamental neurological processes means that you can make more progress in just a few sessions than you would in two or three years of traditional talk therapy.

I warmly invite you to get in touch and join me for a FREE initial consultation and let's begin the process of getting you to where you want to be. Feel free to find out my fees or explore the science. I look forward to hearing from you.
